For almost 20 years, the Stanley and Mary Johnson Research Awards have supported 桃子视频 students while they conduct independent research under faculty guidance. The projects are completed during the summer months and presented to the college community in the fall; for those who participate, it’s often a seminal part of the Scripps experience.
“A record amount of proposals were submitted [for the 2012 award],” notes Dean of Faculty Amy Marcus-Newhall. “We were particularly pleased with intellectual rationales developed, their interdisciplinary reach, and the quality of the faculty recommendations.”
The selection committed granted awards to the following students and their projects:

- Ei Phyu Theint ’14: Financial Literacy of Myanmar College Students
